I'm a Learning Experience Designer who loves turning complex ideas into training that actually clicks. Over the past few years, I've designed and delivered 300+ eLearning courses, 15+ webinars, 20+ training videos, and 50+ digital resources across Amazon Small Business Academy and Amazon Transportation Services.

Right now, I design training for drivers and Operations Managers at NASC — work that connects directly to safety, performance, and real business outcomes. Some of my proudest moments include updating 144 learning experiences in 12 weeks and building 10 training modules in just 4 weeks for 300+ Operations Managers during a major organizational change. I also scaled video-based micro eLearning across partner teams by creating Camtasia workshops and templates, which led to 20 videos being adopted by Safety Spot, PXT, and MCS.

I lean on frameworks like ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Kirkpatrick's Model — but what really drives my work is collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional partners to figure out what learners actually need and then building something that delivers. I care about making content accessible, engaging, and practical — the kind of training people walk away from feeling like they can actually do something new.

My goal is simple: create learning experiences that make a measurable difference — for the learner and for the business.
