I led the development of the TOM Operations Management Series, a comprehensive training program for 300+ Operations Managers during a sensitive organizational reorganization. The series consisted of 10 training modules developed in 4 weeks under strict confidentiality, designed to equip managers with the operational knowledge and leadership skills needed to succeed in their new roles.
Curriculum Design: Partnered with 10 subject matter expert groups and 7 stakeholders to translate complex operational requirements into a structured, easy-to-follow curriculum aligned with the reorganization's business objectives.
Content Development: Created engaging, learner-centered training materials using adult learning principles. The content included eLearning modules and blended learning approaches tailored to experienced Operations Managers navigating a major organizational change.
Learning Strategy: Focused on practical, real-world application to ensure managers could immediately apply new processes and leadership expectations in their day-to-day roles.
Project Management: Managed an accelerated 4-week development timeline using agile techniques, coordinating across 10 SME groups while maintaining strict confidentiality throughout the project.
Learning Tools: Developed knowledge checks, job aids, and assessments to reinforce learning and measure retention across all modules.
Process Improvement: Continuously refined content based on learner performance data and stakeholder feedback to ensure relevance and impact.
The TOM Operations Management Series equipped 300+ Operations Managers with the knowledge and confidence to transition successfully during a major reorganization.
Goal: Achieve 75% completion rate and 75% knowledge retention across all modules.
Result: 90% completion rate within 30 days. 10 of 12 modules exceeded the 75% knowledge retention KPI. The series became the framework for the TEA L6 Promotion Learning Series and will support onboarding 250 new TEA OMs.
